Content creation with AI: texts, scripts, images

Content generation is the first thing almost every company tries, and the first thing where mistakes are made. The problem is usually not model quality but the process: text is generated and published without editing, facts are taken from the suggestions, and the company style is never set explicitly. Done properly, AI saves up to 60–70% of the time spent on drafts, but it does not remove the editor.

What to automate first

TaskHow AI helpsWhat stays with a human
Product cardsA draft based on the specs and benefitsFacts, brand compliance
Social media postsIdeas, wording options, adaptation to each platformTone, fact checking
Video and podcast scriptsStructure, storyboard, interview questionsThe storyline and the final edit
Slogans and headlinesDozens of options in a minuteSelection and adaptation
Reference and FAQ contentUpdating the knowledge base for new productsChecking the wording
PersonalizationAdapting the message to the segment and interestsChoosing segments and tone

Personalization without rebuilding the site

There is a separate scenario here: a personalized customer experience. The model collects what is known about the customer, such as products viewed, categories and purchase history, and assembles a matching set of items, an email or a prompt for the operator. For retail and services this lifts the average order value and repeat purchases noticeably, and without changing the site itself: only what a particular visitor sees changes.

How to set up generation quality

  1. Assemble a reference guide about the company: products, facts, numbers, restrictions, tone of voice.
  2. Set hard rules: what must never be promised, which phrasings are banned, how to address a customer.
  3. Show 10–20 of your best texts as the tone sample.
  4. Make human editing mandatory before publication.
  5. Collect reader feedback and adjust the rules accordingly.

The rule that protects your reputation

Any fact about the company, prices, deadlines and specifications must be verified by a person against the original source. The model phrases things well but does not know your terms and carries no responsibility for what gets published.

Common mistakes

  • Publishing raw text without editing: it shows in the style and it reduces trust in the brand.
  • Expecting AI to know your history, numbers and terms without being given the data.
  • An overly broad task: "write 20 posts for the month" does not produce quality; work in blocks on one topic.
  • Measuring by the volume of content instead of the result: engagement metrics matter more than the number of publications.
  • No single brand voice: without a reference guide, every text sounds different.

How to measure the effect

  • Time to prepare one piece before and after implementation.
  • The share of pieces that pass editing without major changes.
  • Engagement metrics: comments, clicks, leads from content pages.
  • Customer response time to a publication that opens a discussion.
  • Customer acquisition cost through content channels.

Common questions

Will AI beat writers and editors

The role changes: the person stops writing the draft and focuses on facts, structure and checking. The volume of content produced grows, but it is still published after editing, otherwise the brand reputation suffers.

Do you need to rewrite the site for generation

No. Content generation works as a layer on top of existing pages: cards, emails, descriptions, scripts. Infrastructure changes are only needed where mass personalization on customer data is required.

How to protect originality

Through data nobody else has: your own statistics, customer observations, product specifics, industry detail. Mass-produced text without such details reads like a template and does not work in search.

AI is good at the draft, people are good at the meaning. Publish only what has passed both stages.
